My Ionic acts as if it doesn't even have Bluetooth capability anymore.

Not a fix to my problem in any way whatsoever! I have done all theses things over and over and over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obviously Fitbit themselves don't read or respond or reach out to help anyone. I am done!!!! I'm moving on to iwatch or Google!!!!!!
