I am using Fibit Ionic Adidas, everything is normal, but I have a message on Fibit connect software upgraded to new version 3.0,
I have followed the steps and checked other connections: internet, bluetooth, on the watch and my phone screen is updating.but for a long time of 4 hours everything was complete but when I was ready to complete it, it was reported that the failed update had to check the connection, every time and I made sure my internet and bluetooth were normal, Let me ask what is the failed ???

My ionic did the same thing. Now no warranty, no fix. They offer me a 25% discount. Maybe I can use it towards a samsung. I chatted with someone then I talked with someone for over an hour. And that's what I get.
