How can this be????? My Fitbit ionic face fell off..
Only a year and a half old.. and the screen spontaneously fell off.. all customer service offered was a 25 percent off coupon and said I couldn’t talk to a manager because “they don’t use phones”.. what kind of product can this be? Wholly unacceptable.. looks like glue just wore ofd

Welcome to the Community @Mitzsa. Thanks for the details mentioned.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even though Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
