My Fitbit Ionic has turned off and will not charge

Fitbit ionic just went off one day and will not take a charge or do anything. Ive only had it since April so am still well within the one year warranty. How do I send it back to get fixed or get a new one?

ionic was at 25% so i put it on charge and went black out  no signal or light in the back can t start.......

what is the way to restart...

or do i scrapt it.....

I would like you to confirm that you've tried restarting it and charging it. If you find any trouble charging it, please follow the steps in this article

Yes I've tried to restart and have tried charging for a while all it had on the screen was the Fitbit logo but now there is nothing.

Mine has exactly two years. I guess that is the life time of the Ionic. Very sad after paying 299 plus tax, now is out of the warranty so I guess I am screw 😫

Can I get a return code or can you help my with sending in to be fixed or replaced.  Thank you.

Hello again my Fitbit is still not working dont know what else to do but to send it in and let Fitbit fix it under their warranty. I've only had it since April so I'm well within the one year if you could help me with what I need to do it would be greatly appreciated.
