Fitbit ionic just went off one day and will not take a charge or do anything. Ive only had it since April so am still well within the one year warranty. How do I send it back to get fixed or get a new one?

Mine has exactly two years. I guess that is the life time of the Ionic. Very sad after paying 299 plus tax, now is out of the warranty so I guess I am screw 😫

Hello again my Fitbit is still not working dont know what else to do but to send it in and let Fitbit fix it under their warranty. I've only had it since April so I'm well within the one year if you could help me with what I need to do it would be greatly appreciated.
