I fear it has died completely and will require replacement, yet I have tried holding in the buttons in a variety of configurations, left button and bottom right button for 10, 15 and 30 seconds at a time, all three buttons for different times and still nothing. It will not charge anymore and seems lifeless? What can I do?

Exact same thing happened to me yesterday. Charged all night, pushed all buttons, tried different outlets and cords, never get the watch wet (except from running and lifting weights). Just watched battery power slowly decline to zero. Then nothing. Someone help us!

Same here. My screen went blank this morning. I've tried re setting by pushing the buttons for seconds at a time. Wont link to bluetooth and wont charge. Not got it wet. Nit dropped it. Just suddenly happened for no apparent reason. Anyone able to help?

Exact same here as well. There seems to be a lot of Ionic’s dying at once. Mine died and won’t take charge or reset either

Hi there,
I contacted the Fitbit Support Team on the following email address; 'https://contact.fitbit.com' and they opened a case number. We are in the process of dealing with the resolution now and until this point they have been very cooperative and forthcoming. My issue is still not resolved yet as they are passing the case to the local team in my country of residence however until now I have been happy with the level of communication.

mine died on Friday 3/29/2019 while walking around. Contacted support and they told me they couldn't do anything but "great news" I could re-buy a fitbit product 20%-40% off...gtfo.

I've had to reset it before twice maybe 3 times. The last 6 months it's been fine. I hate inconvenience or needing to cater to a device.

Found it's still under warranty.
I will be getting a replacement.
The person who answered the phone tried several steps to recover my Ionic. None of it worked.

Mine died out of nowhere this morning. I needed a new quickly because I'm in training season (I'm a runner). I took the 40% but I'm going with Garmin next.

Mine died i.e went blank today 1130am 4 jan 2021...it had over60% around 10am...bought mine Christamas 2019 ,ie just over 1 year old, never been wet..I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH IT .
