My Fitbit Ionic keeps restarting itself at random

My Ionic has started to randomly restart itself.  Why?  It's annoying when I'm in the middle of an exercise and it does this.  I paid too much money for this to not work correctly.

Update.  My 8 month old replacement just started doing this too.  Lmao. Nice 👍

This did not work for me.  I finally realized that a purchased clock face from Lignite was causing the problem.  The problem arose when I allowed the Ionic to run dry on battery power.  When I plugged the ionic up to recharge, somehow the clock face file became corrupt causing the rebooting loop. I deleted the clock face; shut down my Ionic; did a hard reboot on my iPhone; restarted the Ionic; and then downloaded and reinstalled the clock face.  Everything was fine after that.
