Please help. My fit bit just isn’t tracking anything at all. It is syncing correctly but the Fitbit itself isn’t tracking steps, sleep, heart rate...

 

I have restarted it twice (press the big button and bottom button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears) - no change.

 

can anyone give me advice?

The same thing happened to me. I’ve also reset it several times.

Has the issue been fixed? I also last night did a full rest....but the thing still isn't working. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
