My Fitbit won’t show clock face when I raise my arm up to view

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit would always light up when I raised my arm, but after a week it has stopped doing it and I need to press the side bottom to make the clock face light up.

How can I make this function work again ?

Please swipe right on the clock screen. You should see the Screen Awake option.

Make sure it is set on Auto

Let us know how this goes.

Hello,

The solution by @kawaiiko was valid for Fitbit OS 1. With Fitbit OS2 you obtain the same screen keeping pressed the button on the left. First option shown is the own to check if enabled.

Let us know if you still have problems.
