This morning my silent alarm didn't go off. When I press the bottom right button which normally gives me my alarm setting, all I get is the music setting. Actually, I find the music worthless as I use my phone for that. I need the alarm and would like to disable the music. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello @NHWalker . If you usually access your "ALARMS" via a quick press of the Bottom RIGHT Button and that no longer works, it sounds like your "APPS" have moved on you. If you slide the screen to your FIRST App Screen, the Top LEFT APP is linked to the Top Right Button (shortcut) and the Bottom LEFT APP is linked to the Bottom Right Button (shortcut). Please check to ensure these Apps are in there correct shortcut locations. If they are NOT, here is a quick guide to help you out:
How to rearrange the Apps on your Ionic:
1. Go to any of the App screens on your Ionic that you want to rearrange.
2. PRESS DOWN and HOLD the icon of the App you want to move.
3. When you properly select the App you want to move, the App and screen will shrink.
4. While PRESSING DOWN and HOLDING the App, slide it to the new location on the screen. To slide it to a different screen, drag the App icon to the right or left edge until it slides onto the new screen.
5. To assign an App to either the TOP or BOTTOM Right buttons:
-- Move the App you want to assign to the FIRST App Screen (first screen to the right after the Clock Face).
-- Position the App you want to open with the TOP Right Button to the TOP Left Corner of the First App screen.
-- Position the App you want to open with the BOTTOM Right Button to the BOTTOM Left Corner of the First App screen.
REMEMBER - To access your Shortcuts, all you need to do is; start on the Clock Screen and a Short Tap/Press of the Top Right or Bottom Right button is all it takes!
Hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance! Thanks!
