I got my Ionic in June and everything was great. This week the battery life from 5 days down to 8 hours. Is it the product defect? Please help! Thank you.

How you charge it is important
Please clean the contacts

I charged it correctly to the 100% (not over time either) and my contacts are clean. I read many posts here, tried different ways but still can't find the solutions.

I tried to remove the devise from the app and set it up again, shut down and restarted it. It went back to normal today. Hopefully the battery life is stable now. Thank you.
