My Ionic Fitbit does not start and it gets very hot when I try to load it.

Since August 2018 I have had an ionic Fitbit until yesterday when I was out and the battery life was gone completely. After arriving home I put to recharge, as normally, after showing 100% of the battery life I disconnected the cable, to my surprise I went to sleep with 100% and upon waking it was 0% again. Today I tried to charge for at least 4 hours and then I put my wrist on he hung up and did not call anymore. I'm trying to recharge without success and now it gets very hot and I'm afraid the battery will explode. I live in Brazil and apparently lost my money in less than 1 year.
