My Ionic Watch just developed a line at the centre.

Dear Team,

 

My Ionic Watch is brand new, hardly 4 months and although it had never connected to GPS, it has developed a white straight line at the centre.

 

I was hoping by restarting, I would resolve this

issue. This issue has not resolved and I am afraid it may get worse.

 

I an unable to return for a replacement as the order number from Amazon is not being recognized.

 

Please advise
