**** Instruction from Customer Support: Hold down all three buttons for twenty seconds, then hold the left button and the right, bottom button for 15 seconds - then my iPhone recognized my Fitbit and synced!!!!! Yayyyyy!!!
Yesterday I upgraded my iPhone from a 6 to an XR.
My Fitbit will not sync to the XR.
I've restarted my Fitbit, many times. I've deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and reopened it. I deleted my Ionic from the Fitbit app - and now I'm at the stage where my iPhone isn't finding my Fitbit - that is charging - at 69% - and my Fitbit is laying adjacent to my iPhone - that has been updated with all recent iOS upgrades.
I'm connected to perfectly working Wi-Fi.
Bluetooth is turned off on my computer.
HELP!!!!!!!!
