My Ionic overnight I thought had the battery go completely flat. Put it on its charger for 12 hours. It won't turn on. The back of the Ionic has a green almost strobbing light with a tiny bit of red light in the corner of the green light. It almost looks as if its jammed in some type of mode, as the green light it not like when it is when working properly. I have held down the button on the left hand side for 10 seconds and nothing happens. I went on the App. and it just states the battery is low. Can anyone help me?
