Mine did the same random thing about a month ago. Still no answer!

My Charge 4 has done the same once a moth since January.

Yesterday, I received a message from the support saying they are aware of the issue and started the investigation.

 

Many reported this issue recently, so the moderator should make an official announcement on this issue.
