My Ionic auto generate step count after i take a battery charge.

Hi all ! just like the topic. i just buy a new Ionic around one month. Every time after i charge my ionic every time will auto generate invalid step count. In this week, it look like broken down, after remove the cable it generate about 60k step count. how can i get the correct step count for my keep fit plan. i am very disappoint of that. my last fitbit blaze is never face to this bugs!!  🤦

hi I have a surge no problems there. now an iconic ???? false step counts missing gps tracks and endless re-calibrate it's bad news.

I have had no luck yet but will keep trying. seems strange as the strap broke on my surge and it was replaced no problem.
