I bought this ionic from amazon India on 25th Jan 2019 and it stopped working by 02 May 2019. When you pay so much money (20k inr which comes about 300$) for this you expect some sustainability and survive years and not months. I should have gone for apple watch or garmin
P. S. I used it very carefully not rough.
I got this as a birthday gift from my brother for my birthday I was just so happy to receive this watch the first things about it was that I had to start using it, the first things I noticed was that 1)the design was good but bezels was too big,
2)the step accuracy for which you usually buy the activity tracker was not accurate (without GPS) it would sometimes show steps even when you're sitting doing nothing
3) with gps accuracy increases but battery drains like hell
4) to transfer music on to the watch is a process that requires you to be a technical expert (if I write down steps for that then this will be an endless topic) why couldn't you guys make it simple transfer via cable?
5) with music wirelessly playing and gps battery drain is even greater
6) the only good thing and accurate was sleep tracking and hr
The other features like exercise modes I still didn't get time to use so can't say about it.
On 2nd May 2019 I saw that it wasn't showing hr so I restarted it and then rest it to custom settings but still nothing happened then there was a calibration error coming also the steps stopped to show.
On 4th May 2019 I called up the customer service and they told me to try somethings and when it didn't work they told me they will replace my tracker and sent me a mail about it (which was OK) so I'm waiting for replacement.
I want people to read this and then consider spending so much money.
