My Ionic died for no reason

I really wish i'm not writing this now.

My Ionic which was gifted to me by my brother at my graduation day from Industrial Engineering Bachelor died for absolutely no reason. i had this watch for 2 years and it was running good, sometimes it bugs out but it was alright, but after this firmware update i got around April, my watch suddenly stopped working while running at 70%~ battery life which was checked on by Fitbit Twitter support. i tried every possible method that was given to me to fix my watch, and unfortunately it did not work.

Now my bricked watch is in black screen "dead" with no response to whatever i do, twitter support was helpful to an extent, they created a case on my behalf but they named that case "Battery Not Charging" which is False! my battery was fine!

then after they respond they just say "we are sorry you don't meet the requirements for refund", and they did not even try to help! what a shame..

after i told them that was unprofessional response to a customer, they reply with "please press the buttons for 10 seconds"

i'm seriously pissed right now that i'm actually typing my experience like that, but what should i do?

I was actually considering buying a Versa, but i'm actually Reconsidering that right now.

Same happened me today, Ionic dead and unresponsive. I have been with Fitbit from Fitbit one (which worked fine) Charge 2 (was okay) Aria Scales (very buggy and hit and miss in synching, not accurate, got a replacement on warranty but not much better still buggy) and Fitbit Blaze (battery life tanked just out of warranty) and now an Ionic which has charging problems (unresolved) and today black screen of death on the Ionic. I am bitterly disappointed and think it is a shame on me that I continued to buy Fitbit. Time to save money and frustration and move to another brand.
