My Ionic died, not charging...It's like "Blaze" Deja Vu!

I purchased my Ionic a little over a month ago, and although it did have right away a lot trouble like I couldn't sync it often (Like once or twice a day!) I liked it. Turns out, the battery died sometime last night and this morning after I charged it for almost 3 hours it didn't turn on. I came in to work and plug it to my computer and nothing. My coworker that also has an Ionic just let me use her charger (I decided to try it in case mine wasn't good) and nothing not even showing that it's plugged...I'm not very happy!

Can anyone help me out with some suggestions as to what to do next please?

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
