It stopped working and now it won't charge. It did keep sleep correctly.
I had a charge that worked more reliably.
Very disillusioned about fit bit now.
Seen all and completed all suggestions but still nothing.
Might go to another smart watch if nothing else ca be done to fix it.
Best AnswerIf it is less than 1 year old, it will be under warranty. Just keep in mind though when I had my replacement, it only lasted 6 months before it was defective again. The warranty only covers the original device and I was only offered a discount on a new tracker. So in a short period of time I had two defective trackers.
I would be very dubious about buying another fitbit product after this experience and sub-standard customer service.

I tend to agree, 5 Years ago I had a charge & the online help and remote fixes were great they must have changed management or something because all I here these days is the opposit and their products are inferior.
