my Ionic watch charging point interface - 3 metallic contact points only 2 is there. is that the reason for not charging.

 

Now i am not able to charge it. Please let me know service centres in Tamilnadu, India. I bought this watch in Boston 2018.

Fitbit doesn't have any service centers however, that's why we have many channels of communication where we'll be happy to help you. I've shared your post with our Support team and they mentioned that you already have a case created with them, please continue the communication through email, they'll be happy to help.
