my Ionic watch charging point interface - 3 metallic contact points only 2 is there. is that the reason for not charging.
Now i am not able to charge it. Please let me know service centres in Tamilnadu, India. I bought this watch in Boston 2018.

Fitbit doesn't have any service centers however, that's why we have many channels of communication where we'll be happy to help you.
