My Ionic hasn’t synced in about 5 days to Webmd app. Please help! I’m about to lose a work challenge

It sounds like you’ve lost the connection between the two apps. You should log in to your WebMD app. Find the area where you connect it to Fitbit. Make sure it is still in place. If it’s not, disconnect and go thru the process to connect again. Then go back to your Fitbit app and try to sync again.
If this does not work, contact WebMD app customer support. Maybe they will have a solution.
