My Ionic is dead after swimming

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi There,

After I came out of the swimming pool, my ionic is not turning on or charging. This was the first time I went in for a dip with it knowing it is waterproof, but with no success. I also read all the troubleshooting advice on the forum, but no luck.

I love the product, but don't understand why it's dead.

I would appreciate any guidance in this regard.

Thanks,

\Manzi

Fitbit Ionic is one of the best smartwatches, and many of us use it because of its accuracy and many features. However, just like any other smartwatch out there, Fitbit Ionic can also run into some problems. The problems such as Fitbit Ionic won’t turn on after shutdown, Fitbit ionic won’t turn or charge, etc. are common problems. If you are also facing these issues, then here’s what you should do.
