ive tried all these ways, using new outlets, and restarting it constantly with this message "Not Enough Power Detected from this Source" still showing up!! Can anybody please help me, ive also cleaned the magnet and wire from dust and dirt and im quiet annoyed that the only thing that is happening is the battery is going down.

If its just a week out of warranty you are wasting your time with fitbit support- they are as useless as the fitbit ionic! They have no clue and will only lead you on a wild goose chase- so much for technology- I’m going Apple!

Support was nice to me, can’t complaint, fir what I see here in Dubai.
Unfortunately the unit is weak and fragile and brakes very easily.
Only a week after I bought it, it stop charging.
Support immediately agreed to send me replacement.
I really loved my previous watch Fitbit, which also broke, but Best Buy replaced immediately at the store first time and second time, full money back, except I lost the money on accessories I bought and are useless for new version.
I should be back in the US in March and should get my replacement Fitbit.
I keep you guys posted.

I have this problem, my ionic watch powers up when I plug it in and looks to be charge with the movement on the battery indicator. No matter of long I leave it it to charge, it doesn’t budge off 0% charge and turns off as soon I unplug. I tried to restart by holding the left and Lower botton but it just goes to the watch display and goes off after 6 seconds. Any ideas as the way h is only 1,week old

I held the left button and bottom right and the only thing that showed up on the screen was 0%. I waited and tried again and the same thing happened. Never the logo. Now what?

I have rebooted twice while it is plugged into a computer USB port. I still don't see the charging % message and my watch is almost out of power (red battery).
