My ionic is not able to charge n it only 2 weeks old

Fitbit Charge 3 is not getting charged. I have cleaned the watch contact points and also the charger pins, still, the problems persist. Can someone help me?

Hopeless.

Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, also cleaned the connections, left on charge overnight, tried lesser powerful charge from laptop etc.

Nothing worked.

Two weeks after acquiring the Ionic, it was returned to BestBuy, who can replace only in 2-5 days (none in stock and none at any of their stores in the locality).  "When you get the email from us saying it's here, give it a few days.  We will then contact you by phone. It may be here but takes us a couple of days to process receipt with Covid etc."

Not happy.

Should maybe look for other options....

You actual legend, i thought my ionic was dead, i even had to fish it out the bin and plugging it into the low power has sparked it back to life, thanks

Thanks steviebca. The problem may come back again if the battery is
completely flat again. I definitively resolved the problem buying a new
genuine apple cord (it's quite cheap online), this is perfect now.

Had the same problem with mine. This is what I did to fix it. While plugged into the charger (charging), I held down all 3 buttons for what seemed like 5 to 8 seconds and the screen turned. Give it a try. 🤞

Bad unreliable product, on my 4th one under warranty. Now it’s stopped charging again out of warranty this time. They offered to sell me another, you’ve got to be joking!  Apple here I come.

Hi mine crashes after a swim and I contacted the support team on the phone in the UK. I was offered a replacement or money off upgrade as the tech team could not get it working. Good luck!

I actually changed to a Charge 4 recently after the crash. It worked well.
