My ionic is just over a year old and it has suddenly stopped tracking all my stats. No incidents that I can think of... Steps, heart rate, stairs, active minutes, all stopped tracking. Only tracks calories from time of day algorithm. The lights from the sensors are also no longer lit up.
I have tried the reset by holding left and bottom button simultaneously and gone into settings to turn the watch off then turned it back on. I have tried changing the clock face as well. No luck. Any ideas? Only a year old makes me think I got a lemon?
