Since few days ago my fitbit ionic isn't tracking steps and heart rate anymore (green light is gone). Is there anything I can do about it? I already tried all the steps from the troubleshooting list but nothing of these steps works for me. I hope there is a solution for this problem since I really liked this watch.
Also my android app keeps saying there is an update. But if I go look in to the fitbit it says I have the latest firmware.
