My Ionic is not working properly

Since Thursday my adidas fitbit ionic has been playing up.

Was on a walk and for some reason the fitbit lost all battery even though had been about 85% battery before use. (Never use any apps or tracking on it)

Then i got home charged it and the step count just stayed on 10170 steps.

On Friday i went out on another walk and my step count went to about 38 even though i walked 6 miles.

Now it's just staying at 0, also heart monitoring seems to have broken and no green flashing lights.

I've reset, factory reset, unpaired, removed app and seem to have done everything to sort the issue but it hasn't done anything

Firmware installed is 27.72.1.15

It says to update tracker software which just keeps on failing.

Fitbit basically saying
unlucky you can have 35% off a new one. But at minute im skint and also sure I've had 4 in 7 years which is starting to tell me fitbits aren't very reliable at all.

I'm trying to do a walking challenge and this has proper hindered that.

Today it's not even charging now.

Anyone have similar issues or mangaed to fix it?

Cheers for anyone who replys or could help us out resolving this issue."
