My Ionic is only a couple months old, battery went dead and it wont charge or turn on at all

I have only had my ionic about 3 months (if that).  The battery died a couple days ago and I left my charger at work.  When I tried to charge it this morning it will not charge or turn on.  I cleaned all the contacts on the device and the charger.  Tried charging it off a couple different bricks.  Nothing works. I'm I out of a $250 watch thats only 3 months old?  I bought this at Bestbuy.

I would take it back to Best Buy and exchange it
