My Ionic is receiving notifications but no alert/vibration

My fitbit is able to receive notifications but no alerts or vibrations. I tried resetting the factory setting but it didn't work. Please help!

Same here. It has done it before then fixed itself. No idea what has triggered it  this time. Nothing has changed in my settings.
