My Ionic keeps pausing

When I tell it I'm doing a bike session it starts off then after a few mins pauses then starts then pauses and so on. I did 1 hour my bike but it showed that I had just done 15 mins. This has been happening for my than a week now. I've done resets and everything but it still pauses.

Hi @Crutchbender, welcome to the community.

 

Is it possible that your sleeve might be touching the screen or where your wrist is bent could be pressing one of the buttons? I would suggest wearing you Ionic a bit further up your arm and see if that makes a difference.
