My Ionic keeps vibrating and then turning off

My battery is 88% and has again vibrated and turned off. It has done it a few times before and after holding left and bottom right button it reboots.
Has anyone else had this and how did you sort it?

@Rsb207 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the restart tried prior to posting.

It's pretty weird that your watch is vibrating and turning off. I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
