My ionic is stuck on the logo screen, I’ve attempted a hard reset but it never gets to the vibrating stage. I’ve follows the steps exactly, even watched a video to ensure I’m doing it right, but then after I release the one button I hold the other 2 forever and no vibration. It just does nothing and the remains stuck on the logo screen

It's simple. Press all the buttons on the watch, and hold them down. But if you hold them for 20 seconds (I know, it feels like forever), you'll see the Fitbit logo, and the watch will restart.

I would like to clarify, the Fitbit Ionic has 3 buttons and to perform the restart you need to press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the buttons.
