Took a dip in the pool today with my Fitbit ionic. Was only waste deep for about 20 mins. Came out, screen is blank. Sensors aren’t lighting up. Nothing. Dead. What’s the deal?? Only had this thing about a month…..

Are you aware that Fitbit has recalled Ionic trackers over a safety concern? See: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Voluntary-Safety-Recall-of-Fitbit-Ionic-Smartwatches/td-p/5087...

Is this the first time you have gone swimming with your Ionic (it is certified for water use)? From your post, it would appear that your Ionic is working, but the screen isn't responding, is that accurate? So, let's try this... Connect your Charging Cable to a USB outlet and then connect it to the Ionic. What does the display show when you do this?
