I preordered my Ionic in September 2017 to replace my Charge HR. The Charge HR still works but I wanted the ability to play music & read phone notifications. My Ionic was nearly full charged when I went to sleep last night but was completely dead this morning. I was nearly late to work today because its alarms never went off. I have tried to clean it, reset it, and charge it but nothing is working. This is so frustrating that it didn't even last 2yrs! Any suggestions?
