I know i'm not adding anything new here, especially since it seems there are quite a few with this problem. I now have a junk drawer with quite a few Fitbits(and a few Polars) I don't want to poo poo the company, since overall, i've been pretty happy, especially with the functionality and accuracy of the ionic. Can anyone point me in a direction? I'd really love to see if they will send me a new one to replace this one. I'd hate to have to find another company to run with(literally and figuratively)

Have you been able to charge it successfully? Have you seen it display that it is fully charged? If not, then maybe the device isn't charged. If so, then maybe the buttons are stuck.
