Swipes seem to work intermittently but the right side of the screen is almost completely unresponsive to taps. Resets don't seem to be working at all.
My firmware version is 68.9.15
Can anyone advise? I haven't done anything out of the ordinary with the watch.

If by Reset, you mean Restart and that hasn't worked after trying several times, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
If you can't get swiping to work for this purpose, contact Customer Support.

No, I meant factory reset. I've done it twice
