All.of a sudden my Ionic started turning on and off.
I've tried everything, unpaired it, factory reset.
It's not working, please help.
I've tried everything, click face by fit bit.
Cant get the settings to appear on the pull down menu.
This last update messed everything up!!!!!ugh!

I just had a very unfortunate encounter with a Fitbit customer service representative that didn't want to help me Resolve my issue just kept repeating that my ionic was out of warranty and I need to get a new one I've had it for 2 years and never had a problem with it, all of a sudden it just stopped after this update.
to the readers I'm sorry for the rant good luck with this company. Dont ask for a solution you will be offered a 25% discount to purchase a new one!!!!

Yep, big problem here as well. Everything worked great until that update.
