My Ionic watch stuck at start up

I got a ionic watch which i bought before pandemic.

Just unboxed today now the screen is only showing the fitbit logo.

Not even getting a msg for setup.

Did a hard reboot but nothing works. Haven't used watch for a single second😥

Hi @tbatra  so the Ionic has been unboxed for about two years? All you can do is keep doing a restart of the device and charging it to see if it springs to life. Unused and uncharged for such a period of time might have caused the battery to completely die. Warranty would be over, unless you're in one of the countries that has a two year warranty period.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @tbatra. I´m sorry to hear about your new Fitbit Ionic. 

 

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, I´d recommend leaving your watch charging for a couple of hours and trying the set up process
