Two nights ago, my Ionic died. I plugged it in, charged it all night while I was sleeping and had a 100% charge when I put it back on the next morning. By that night (about 18 hours) it was down to 21%. When I woke up this morning, it was dead. I have charged it again, but in just a few hours it has already dropped drastically. I never had this problem with my others. I haven't even added music to it yet - another issue all together - so what is going on??

a couple of questions i would ask...Which watchface? are you always keeping the watchface lit up? how many GPS activities do you do?

How long does your watchface display when you look at it? The LCD display is one of the bigger battery killers on the Ionic.
I am not sure that you can always keep the GPS on with the device, but if you do, the GPS is a huge battery killer as well.

I don't do GPS activities, but my GPS is on (nervous habit, homicide
detective dad. I know, that makes me sound like a freak. lol)
If you use GPS, then that is the problem.
If the GPS is in use, then the battery will die in 10 hours with constant use.
So i think you may be happy that you still last the day with GPS on.
That is in all descriptions of the Ionic, so not a fault of the Ionic (or Fitbit).
Just disable it and only use it if you need it.
