A warm welcome to the Community @bbloomgren! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've tried. I would like you to confirm that you performed these syncing steps to get your Ionic syncing again. What kind of phone are you using? Is it a iPhone or Android? Have you checked the list of compatible devices

Keep me posted.

yes I have tried all of the syncing steps.  I had a lg 6 which worked for a year.  Then android did a update and it stopped syncing.  Then I got a lg V40Q and it is not compatible with fitbit.  It is really sad when you spend over 300 on a tracker and it can't keep up with android.  So now I have something that will tell me time and steps! I will not by a fitbit again.

Thanks for getting back @bbloomgren. I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. I was checking the list of supported devices and LG G6 is now a supported device

Sorry to hear that now you're using an LG V40Q. Fitbit is always testing new devices and adding them to the article. You may want to try the syncing troubleshooting but I can't confirm this will solve the inconvenience because I couldn't find your device on the list.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
