My Ionic won't stop rebooting

It is in a "do loop" with the multidotted diamond, then the home screen will flash for a second or two, then start rebooting again.  I can't get to the "Settings" screen to reset to Factory Settings.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Watch and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1638824949606.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
