Hello, I using my Ionic this 2019 Oct 12nd.
Start from yesterday, after I landed from my flight, Fitbit couldnt Synchronize with my phone.
After I reached home, trying to reconnecting, but still doesnt work.
After that, I unpair my Ionic in my phone and remove this device from fitbit apps.
Then, I trying to reconnect ( pair ) ionic bluetooth again. It work!
But, I still can't add device into fitbit apps. When go to fitbit apps and I click "set up device", suddenly pop up "Fitbit.com is down for maintenance" notification.

Finally, I try to do factory reset in my watch. Very bad, Fitbit logo continue appear in my watch screen with this text : "to start, download the fitbit apps" continuously in different languages. What should I do?
I bought this watch in Aussie, and I staying in Jakarta ( Indonesia ). Thank you
