Fitbit,
Have been terribly disappointed with the quality of your products. This is my 3rd fitbit device Ionic which I have been dealing with issues. Now it wont power on. Tried all the suggestions for hard reboot but nothing seems to work. the Quality of your straps in another story but I would like to know I havent been cheated on spending money on your product

Will try calling this number again on monday and provide an update... today the number wasnt avaiable.
On friday I had called the same number and it was out of service... let me try again on Monday

so I was able to speak to them and they confirmed it was a defective piece but there is no option for a service center in india or for them to send a replacement... need to follow up again tomorrow
