I've had my Ionic for just over a year now, the battery has steadily been decreasing in life. No longer lasting more than a day. This morning I put it on charge. When I took it off it was hot and would not turn on. I left it a few hours and tried again. Nothing is happening. I am unable to restart using the back and bottom button. Not sure what to do next. Help!! Lost without it and I can't afford to replace it
