Yesterday my battery died while I was out. Got home and put it on the charger, it read 0% and I went to bed. This morning I picked up my watch to put it on and it wasn’t on. All night on the charger and it won’t turn on? So I looked and a few posts here and I found that there’s quite a bit of people experiencing the same thing of their Ionic not turning on. I tried holding the buttons and still nothing, checked the contacts even cleaned it and still nothing. I’ve had so many issues when I had my other fitbits, I should’ve changed when my last one (Charge 3) kept having issues but I wanted to remain a faithful Fitbit customer so instead of buying a different brand, I bought a different style. What can I do now! Different style, same thing... ISSUES!!
