My New Ionic is stuck on page that has my run time

I'm stuck on a page that has my run time and mileage. I can use bottom right to start/stop counter and that's all. If I use back button (to try and restart) all I get is "music unselected". I just want to get it back to the watch face, and NOTHING has worked so far. Can't even figure out how to do a hard restart. Very frustrated. Ready to return and get my money back

Try pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.  This should hopefully reset the device and fix the issue.

Mine did the same this arvo, took advice written here abd it worked

Hi, all, when you are on the screen that shows you your run time/ mileage, press the top right button to end the workout (when you are on that screen the top right button will show you a finishing flag).  That will bring up a screen that says, "End this workout?".  Tap yes to end.

Pressing the left button and the bottom right button together will restart your Ionic and close all activities.  It can be helpful if the Ionic isn't working as expected.

Hi, I have the same problem, my ionic is tuck on a screen showing time and distance. Have tried all that has been suggested in this post but nothing is working. Anyone any other ideas? Thanks.

Have just fixed it by pressing all 3 buttons down for 15secs, that worked. I tried the left button and small top right, as described above, but didn't work. But all 3 seems to have done the trick.
