My SECOND ionic is unresponsive 😤

I first became involved with Fitbit when I purchased the Fitbit Blaze... I fell in love after I lost 70 lbs! But then I suffered an injury and could only do water exercises. I went online and purchased a Fitbit ionic and sold my Blaze 😔 Within a year, my first ionic did that "blackout" (unresponsive)  thing that everyone is talking about...but b/c of my love for my Ionic and b/c I was unaware of the issues that ionics were having,  I purchased my SECOND ionic!!! Also, during this time, I sold like FIVE of my family members on Fitbit so we could workout together! Now here I sit with Sunday fading into Monday and that SECOND IONIC has crashed! 😢 I can't afford to keep buying Fitbit just because... So Fitbit, hear me loud and clear...I AM PICKETING YOU! I AM GONNA LET LOTTIE,  DOTTIE AND ERDAMN BODY KNOW HOW LOUSY YOUR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! 😤

Hey! I feel you.

I'm on my 6th replacement unit (3rd Ionic), and it failed me yesterday on a trial run. I'm done with Fitbit now, only so much replacement after replacement is going to do. 

 

I honestly hope they sort this for you, but at the same time, I hope you consider looking at other brands - because, I've opened my eyes and there is loads better out there.

Move to Garmin. I just did. They have the same social features and a better reputation. You can get a wide range of watches, from simple inexpensive step trackers to full featured ones.
