I just picked up a new Fitbit Ionic. I've had it maybe for 3 weeks. I'm coming from a Versa Lite.
I loved that thing but I unfortunately lost it so time ago. I went to the store to buy a new Versa but noticed that the Ionic was onsale for the price of the Versa 2. Having some more useful features than the Versa 2 I decided to go with the Ionic. So far, I'm very disappointed with Fitbit. I feel like the HR sensor is less accurate than the Versa series as it frequently displays -- during a workout, more often than my Versa. And being less than a month old has developed scratches on the window despite me only taking it off 3 times since I've bought it and for maybe 30 minutes collectively. Surely a towel from the bathroom isn't enough to cause these kinds of scratches. Anybody else have this issue?
