Hi guys, anyone know how to fix this issue? I used to get my call notifications all the time up till last week. Now when a call comes in.. I only get a missed call notification which I never used to receive in the first place... getting frustrated.... help desperately needed.

mine too - no notifications. Nothing more than a watch and step counter at this point.

I had to go to notifications and then app notifications and select phone.

Welcome to the Community @LizMuir, @LadyFire727EMS, @sfringer, @Csellwood, @d18991! I would like you to try this procedure My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. Also, please confirm you have the latest firmware version of your Ionic which is 32.10.20.
I've noticed that when some users updated their watch some settings changed, if you just updated your Ionic; this can be the reason. Just set them up again and this should work.

@SilviaFitbit I have the latest firmware and have previously gone through all of the troubleshooting steps. Notifications for all other chosen applications are arriving on my Ionic just fine. I can even send the test call notification successfully. I feel there's something more at play here.
